Dear Homeowners:
On October 1st, 2007 the
Wyndham Hill Homeowners’ Association notified homeowners that it was time to pay
the annual homeowner dues for 2007-2008. Dues for this year are $125.
To date 50% of our homeowners have paid. For those that have paid please
accept our thanks. We realize it’s a very busy time of year but
everyone’s support is needed to continue to maintain our development. Our budget
is very modest and tight.
Your association is working hard to try and maintain
our neighborhood. In the past couple of weeks you should have noticed the grass
was over seeded for the winter and we will soon begin planting our flowers for
the winter. In addition the lighting at the entrance should have been completed.
Hopefully you will find it beneficial. Your dues are used for landscaping
(mowing, planting, sprinkler repair) and utilities (water and electric). If
anyone would care to see the budget they can find a copy on our website
www.wyndhamhillhoa.com.
Crime
Watch
Susan Dean our crime watch captain has a new crime alert sign she will place at
the entrance anytime there is a new alert for the neighborhood. You can then go
to the WHHA website for the info concerning the alert. You can also receive them
by email if you will provide us your email address. You can forward them to
paulmartin3001@yahoo.com. They will only be used for neighborhood business.
October 1, 2007
Dear Homeowners:
It’s the beginning of a new Fiscal Year (October 1, 2007 thru September 30,
2008) for the homeowners association and its time to collect our annual dues of
$125.00. Last month we sent out a letter requesting the dues be increased from
$100 to $125 per year. Out of all the responses we received we did not receive a
single negative comment. We hope you will agree that $125 per year is a nominal
amount to pay for improvements that benefit the entire neighborhood and our
property values. We will post a copy of this year’s budget on the website for
all those with an interest. Hopefully within the next couple of weeks the over
seeding of the entrance will begin. We will also complete the lighting of the
median at the entrance this year.
If you have not provided us with your email address or you are not sure if we
have your latest please let us know. Without your email address you cannot get
the latest crime watch bulletins. It will only be used for association business
and will not be distributed to any other groups. You can send your email address
to paulmartin3001@yahoo.com

Last year 85% of all homeowners paid dues and we sincerely thank them, this year
let’s try for a 100%. If you have not had the opportunity to do so please check
out the Wyndham Hill website. We are open for suggestions on how to improve it
or make it more helpful. Go to the following link

forward to your continued support.
