Dues

Dues are $125 per year. Dues are due on October 1st of each fiscal year. Dues are payable to Jim Gibson, Treasurer.

Your Homeowners Dues Pay For:

Maintenance of the common grounds - mowing, weeding, trimming, shrubs, plants and flowers.
Electricity for lighting in common areas.
Water for the common areas.
Sprinkler system maintenance.

Thank you to all who have paid their homeowners dues for 2007. In 2007 we have had 81% participation from homeowners. Our goal is reach 100%. Your support helps us continue to accomplish the projects voted upon at the last homeowners meeting including:

Installation of lighting at the entryway
Expanded crime-watch activities
Improved neighborhood communications with this new website

Wyndham Hill homeowners association dues are voluntary and only $125 per year. All dues go toward maintaining a pleasant, safe and desirable neighborhood, thus increasing the value of YOUR home. Not a bad investment for 34 cents a day.
